That’s not a problem - the duration of everyone’s Process Phase is unique to them. You’ll continue working through the 5 Phases, regardless of the year you’re in.

#2: What changes after Year 1?

Beyond Year 1, the curriculum evolves into the skills required to stay in shape sustainably.

But the reason why members renew is because they want to maintain the accountability and customisation required to get into the Reward Phase!

The final phase takes time, and the only shortcut there is to stay in the process for a long enough period of time (you can hear from RNTers at the end of the video at the top of this page).
