WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

All In - You are committed to and believe in our Mission.

Transformation obsessed - You are intensely passionate about transforming bodies and lives.

A team player - You want to be part of a growing team that helps each other succeed.

Hungry to learn and develop - You are open to feedback, thrive on accountability and consistently seek to improve.

Walk the walk - You practice what you preach with your own health, fitness and lifestyle.

The Five Phases - You have a strong understanding of the RNT Transformation Journey along with its underpinning methodology, language and intricacies.

Organised - You have excellent time keeping skills, able to provide fast client response times (<24 hours) and can manage high email load (from clients).

** Please don’t apply if you’re after a ‘laptop lifestyle’. The role has plenty of flexibility and freedom but it is NOT about living the 4 hour work week. We will push you hard and expect the best. In our experience, it’s those who have a real deep-rooted love and desire to help others transform that do the best here. That’s hard to teach, and it’s these people we want to hear from.

** You don’t need to be a PT or in the fitness industry to apply. We’re looking for the underlying elements of what makes an excellent coach.

Current Positions

Why We Work At RNT

AKASH VAGHELA
RNT Founder

I used to be a PT on the gym floor, leaving my house at 5.45am and returning at 10pm everyday. When I saw colleagues around me have children, it suddenly dawned on me that what I was doing wasn’t sustainable, and that if I wanted to see my family, I need to find a better way to fulfil my passion of helping people transform. That’s why I chose to go full time online and set up RNT, and ultimately, create a place for other coaches to come on board and transform lives together.

Nathan Johnson
RNT Coach

Working with RNT has been more than just health and fitness. The art of coaching and continuous strive for high performance in all that we do has been the core driver of our culture and success. The role is more than just being a trainer; it’s navigating and managing relationships, communication, the art of difficult conversations, empathy and strategy all wrapped together in order to get people into the shape of their life, for life, while using the physical as the vehicle for the greater good. Through our culture, team ethos and our core values, my ability to serve clients has gone through the roof. It’s also challenged me and allowed me to level up not only as a person and coach, but as a professional.

RNT Coach

I used to see working as a self-employed trainer as the ultimate freedom, whereas in reality I was confined to sacrificing time with my family and friends to accommodate the unsocial hours that a busy trainer must work to fit with their client’s schedules. In addition, I was having to spend much of my free time focussing on marketing, rather than progressing my knowledge. Since starting with RNT I finally feel that I am able to live a lifestyle that is sustainable in the long term, while helping to transforming lives and becoming a better coach every week.

To become a transformation coach, one must have a genuine passion and desire to help their clients to meet their goals. In order to do this well, they must be able to wear different hats throughout the process, have strong mental resilience, and the constant drive to not only become good, but great. These skills can be acquired from a variety of previous roles outside of the fitness field (I used to be an accountant, and coached ACA students for 10+ years), and with the highly skilled and supportive RNT team that you have around you. They have the same passion to not only develop the education of their clients but their own team, which means that no matter your background, life-changing transformations can be achieved.

Ivan Gavranic
RNT Coach

Being in the fitness industry for over 10 years, it has become common to see certain companies or figures over promise and under deliver on those promises. Working stupidly inconvenient hours (early morning, late evenings), having to work with people who are really not that motivated to change, and not having anyone around me to learn from while making just enough to get by. I knew this had to change as it was sucking the life out of me and made me question whether coaching was even the right career choice for me anymore. Joining RNT was the best career move I had ever made as they actually delivered on their promises (almost at 100 clients after 4 months!), I get to learn from the best in the business at transforming the lives of regular, busy people while also making triple the income while being able to do what I love doing – which is coaching and transforming people. It’s so liberating not having to worry about marketing myself or the need to hunt for clients all the time as I know I will always have a full roaster if I put in the work and serve every client to the best of my ability.

When I entered the industry, I was told you’ll have to learn marketing, social media and so on, but all I wanted was transformations, nothing else, and I realised this is all that mattered to me. That’s when I found RNT, a company that matched my obsession with transformations. This is the perfect place if you want to make an impact on someone’s life, and best of all, it can be done from anywhere in the world!

The RNT Coach Journey

Much like our famous RNT Transformation Journey, the Coaching Journey is very similar in that we use a phasic approach to grow your career at RNT. This will be especially useful to understand for those of you who may be wondering what the transition would look like coming from being a PT (if applicable). That said, the principles apply across the board.
