1) Please ensure you stick to the check in day allocated to you. This will typically require you to send your check in on a Sunday (for a Monday response) or any day between Monday and Thursday. If your check in day is on a Friday or Saturday, your coach will be in contact with you to change this. If you’re not sure what your check in day is, please contact your coach. Please respect your coach’s time here – they carve out their diaries for you on those days, so if you know you’re going to be late or miss your deadline, please give them a heads up.
2) Any check ins, emails, messages or communications sent between Monday 8am and Friday 2pm will always be responded to within 24 hours. The time zone will be applicable to your specific coach. If you’re not sure what your coach’s time zone is, please speak to them.
3) Any check ins, emails, messages or communications sent after Friday 2pm will be responded to Monday morning. This includes late check ins. If you have any concerns, strategies to discuss, issues to raise that may pertain to your upcoming weekend, please speak to your coach in your check in, and/or before this time.
