Welcome back to RNT Fitness Radio, and on this episode I’m joined by one of our founding members of RNT, Punit Rawal, who’s been on an incredible journey in his first three and a half years.

In a very candid account, we discuss all the ups and downs of the journey so far, his struggles with mental health over the past decade, and how the journey has been a driving force for managing it.

The underlying theme of this episode is communication, and why, when you have a spouse or partner who may not understand why you do what you do on this journey, the best way bring them on your side is to speak to them.

We also discuss the power of the journey to move you forward when life gets hard, and where our place is as transformation coaches.
