Gratitude Journal

Gratitude Journal

Keeping a gratitude journal is a powerful tool to help us connect to the simple life. It allows us to create self-discipline and respect. Being grateful isn’t something you can learn, however, understood by practice. Start by writing a list of 5 things you are thankful for at the end of each day, however, connect to the feeling when writing it can be something big or small at this moment you’ll feel a natural calm, and experience clarity and perspective. ⁣

What you can achieve from this simple act is profound. You’ll begin to see how there is no lack in your life and learn there is more than enough. When you understand this, your happiness will start to flow through you instead of external factors dictating it. We can be subjected to many false influences. These influences hinder our spirit and take away the true strength we have within us.  When we decide to be grateful, we can begin to take control of how we truly feel. ⁣

What are you grateful for today? ⁣
