Utilise herbs and spices to make your foods interesting.⁣

If you see a three egg omelette on your meal plan for breakfast you may think it seems bland and boring… This can be the general feedback of traditional health eating.⁣

However if you’re having a three egg omelette cooked in coconut oil mixed with spinach, peppers, tomatoes with salt, pepper and chilli flakes to season, then you’re looking at far more appealing meal.⁣

Do not be afraid of herbs and spices they will really upgrade your healthy eating experience generally without adding calories.⁣

Sauces are generally a different story and are usually filled with calories mainly from sugars so be mindful and always read labels when you’re picking these up!⁣
