How to Train the Frequent Flier (The PTDC Featured Article)

Throughout my career, I’ve always had a high number of clients travelling for business or pleasure on a regular basis. Because of this, I’ve learned how to produce client transformations while navigating around unpredictable schedules.

Some of our clients are off away on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. We can’t use it as an excuse.

It’s our responsibility to educate you on what to do, provide extra accountability, and plan around these events as much as possible.

The key is to make it simple, and to ensure that the rules won’t interfere with the business or pleasure (or both) of the trip.

I compiled these rules into an article that was recently published on the world’s largest community of personal trainers, the PTDC. This site is responsible for educating many thousands of personal trainers across the globe, and so I’m honoured to impart some of my thoughts on what can often be a very tricky subject:
