I have always applied my energies in multiple avenues. RNT Fitness was the first in the field of fitness and it has changed my approach to life in many ways. As the Social Media Content Manager, I have learnt and continue to learn so much and this has transformed me on a mental level.

When I began my career, my interests were varied and I pursued different interests.  After graduating, I initially started off teaching Physics and Maths in schools. But my heart wasn’t in it, I wanted to be in a more creative industry as I naturally gravitate towards more artistic pursuits. I love to draw and paint, I am interested in mixed media as well as acrylics. So I decided to apply myself and do some courses in graphic design. My love for graphics and my interest in marketing meant that it was a logical leap to become a freelance social media marketer. 

RNT is a special place to work, it has moulded me to be more organised and effective in all areas of my life. The ethics and value systems sets it apart. Since my role is centred around spreading RNT’s message on social media as well as by designing graphic elements, it has inadvertently resulted in shaping my career path as well. I really enjoy working with Akash, and his vision in creating a world-class online transformation company has inspired me: I wish to further enhance my career with a Master’s degree in Management and Business. 

Listening to the podcasts and seeing the benefits of following the RNT path gives my work more meaning and I really enjoy being a part of RNT’s growth as a company.
