My goals with RNT were simple: to be consistent in the gym, start eating the right foods and lose the fat I had piled on over the last few years. I had previously gone through a significant amount of weight loss years ago in my teens, so I knew I had it in me to do this, I just needed the support to kickstart my transformation. That’s where RNT come in.
I wanted to set a target for myself – I had 12 weeks before my friends stag-do in Tenerife, and so I decided to go in hard and focus myself with the aim of going to Tenerife in the best shape of my life! The last time I had gone to Tenerife was in 2013 and I remember I trained like crazy leading up to that holiday. Therefore I knew I had to turn up in Tenerife this time, in even better shape than before!
My starting weight was 80.4kg. My aim was to lose between 8-10kg over the 12 weeks. In the final 12th week, I had gotten down to 69.9kg – a total of 10.5kg lost! I was really happy especially as I had abs popping!
The RNT team was a great motivator throughout the 12 weeks. Every time I screwed up my diet, they would push me back in the right direction. And believe me – I had quite a few screw ups during the 12 weeks!
