I used 30g Spinach
Method of cooking:
half a handful of fresh coriander, half a spring onion, fresh garlic (small clove), lime juice and lettuce and tomatoes on the side.
seasoning I used was salt, pepper, green chillies.
The quesadilla filling is minced paneer and spinach with a spring onion and seasoning to taste.
the guacamole has the garlic, lime juice and bunch coriander and chillies and seasoning to taste.
