What drives your dream physique?

Written from one of our female coaches, this is from a woman’s perspective: I feel we are so much more targeted and also more susceptible to being led into dreaming of what we would love to look like. Of course, men get it too, maybe more so now with social media data mining being what it is, if you ever even lay your eyes on a “fitspo” body, all of a sudden you are bombarded with more of the same dropping into your feed all day long. ⁣

All of a sudden, your previously unfazed attitude to these well-oiled bodies on display starts looking at these photos a little longer, noticing quad separation, awed by the ladders of exposed abs and for the women, glutes resembling table-tops, because, for sure, that bodycon dress would look amazing hugging those well placed curves.⁣

What you really do need to remember, is that you are on this journey, not to try and become a second-rate version of someone else on your screen, you are enroute to become something so much better – the BEST version of YOU! ⁣
