INGREDIENTS:
Wholewheat Tortillas
Peas 
Tender stem broccoli 
Carrots
Blitzed coriander
Chilli
Red Pepper
Lime
150g Chicken Breast
50ml natural yogurt

METHOD OF COOKING:
  1. Using a single wholewheat tortilla, cut the wrap into quarters. 
  2. Minimally fry all veg with one spray oil and indian spices, and place into four cones, 
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for twenty minutes.
  4. Serve with fresh green chutney (blitzed coriander, chilli, red pepper, and lime) and 150g chicken breast with a 50ml natural yogurt tikka marinade.
