Ingredients:

peas, tender stem broccoli, carrots, blitzed coriander, chilli, red pepper, and lime, 150g chicken breast, 50mls natural yogurt

Method of cooking:

baked tortilla wrapped samosa filled with peas, tender stem broccoli and carrots. Veg minimally fried with one spray oil, indian spiced and placed into four cones, using a single wholewheat tortilla wrap cut into quarters. Baked at 180 degrees for twenty mins, served with fresh green chutney (blitzed coriander, chilli, red pepper, and lime) and 150g chicken breast with a 50mls natural yogurt tikka marinade.
