1 red chilli
5 salted anchovy fillets from jar
One clove garlic
2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
150g of chicken breast
40g of Buckwheat/Spelt pasta
METHOD OF COOKING:
2. Steam your broccoli until tender. Then chop and add all the remaining sauce ingredients into a saucepan to fry including the anchovy oil from the jar. Fry until onions are tender.
4. Blend all the sauce ingredients in a nutribullet/blender with 2 teaspoon of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cook pasta and when chicken is ready, assemble and serve.
