    MACROS
    Total Calories: 220

    INGREDIENTS:
    2-3 chopped garlic
    1 chopped onion
    Tinned tomatoes
    600g Chicken breast
    Fresh coriander
    1 cup water
    Spices: paprika, turmeric, coriander, cumin, aniseed
    METHOD OF COOKING:
    1. Using fry light oil, fry the onions, aniseed and garlic together until they simmer
    2. Add chicken and fry for a few minutes with a cup of water added
    3. Add spices and stir it into the chicken
    4. After 5 minutes, add tinned tomatoes
    5. Close lid and simmer for 20 minutes on a medium heat
    6. High heat for 5 minutes
    7. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, add fresh coriander
