I always struggled with maintaining a diet and a consistent training plan. Whilst I used to train regularly and eat healthy, I needed that extra guidance. Also, key for me was that I was lacking accountability.
The RNT process has been great - from the constant communication and also the guidance provided, I have learnt so much about meal planning, training and even about how far my body can go!!!
Biggest benefits have been in terms of education, and pushing my body both with the training and the eating. You see loads of transformations online, but until you go through it, you never know what it takes to get there. Also, this process has shown me that it is so much about will power.
This process has taught me about accountability and always having non negotiables in your life, not just about training but there are other aspects in your life that you should treat as non negotiables.
