This podcast is a big shout out to my wife, Chandni, who makes what I do possible every single day. It’s not easy getting absolutely shredded to the bone, and it can have the potential to put a strain on any relationship, so I decided to bring Chandni on to give tips on how to best manage it, and what can be done to help one another.
