Today is my third solo podcast, and it’s dedicated to my new book, Transform Your Body Transform Your Life. With just over a month to go till the release, I wanted to record an episode to discuss my why behind writing it and the journey of writing the book so far. It was a fun podcast to record that allowed me to reflect on what’s been one hell of a ride over the past six to seven months.
