On today’s episode of RNT Fitness Radio I’m joined by Sandhya Domah, who discusses the concept of Human Design, and how to use it to perform at your highest level in everything you do. After having my own Human Design reading a month or so ago, I thought some of the insights were fascinating, so I wanted to bring Sandhya on to share more.
