Kiran wanted a forever change.
It started from a low point… the kind that knocks the air out of you and makes you reassess everything.
After losing her sister unexpectedly, Kiran had one clear thought:
“I need to be healthier… for me and my kids.”
More alive inside her own life!
That’s when she made the decision that changed everything.
She joined RNT and stopped chasing weight loss that only exists on borrowed time.
The Trap She Was Stuck In
Before RNT, Kiran was doing what most people are taught to do:
- Eat very low calories
- Do little to no training
- Hope the scale stays kind
And yes, the weight dropped…
But the cost was brutal.
When you lose weight through restriction alone, you lose energy, confidence and control around food.
You lose the ability to live like a normal human without constantly “being good.”
And eventually you gain it back because your life can’t be run on starvation-mode rules.
Kiran could feel it.
The Moment Everything Shifted
When Kiran joined RNT, it wasn’t about another attempt.
It was about learning how to live differently.
With her Coach’s help, Kiran didn’t just get a training plan and a calorie target.
She learned how to build a system around:
- nutrition
- exercise
- social situations
- mindset
- and the hardest part of all… consistency when life gets messy
The Identity Shift
Kiran’s body changed dramatically.
But the bigger change happened upstairs.
She stopped living in the mindset of: “I’m either on it… or I’ve failed.”
And started operating from “I know how to get back on track.”
Because when your plan only works when everything goes perfectly, you just have a fantasy.
Kiran built something real.
Something that can survive birthdays, busy weeks, low motivation, holidays, stress, and life.
She learned how to navigate the moments where most people fall off after the “it’s been a long day” evenings and the “I’ll start again Monday” weekends.
Instead of relying on willpower, she built systems.
She had a framework, accountability and knew how to eat in a way that supported fat loss and life.
She had a plan for social events.
She had skills rather than just results.
Today, Kiran is over 41kg down.
But what she gained matters more:
- Energised, not exhausted
- Confident in her body
- Positive and in control
- Present for her family
- Ready to maintain for life and not start over again
Because the point of fat loss isn’t to become a smaller version of a burnt-out person.
It’s to become someone who actually feels good living in their own skin.
If you’re reading this and you recognise the pattern…
Or you’re relying on something external to keep you “under control”…
