There’s a moment in every transformation story that feels like a cinematic turning point.
For Archna, it happened in a shop’s fitting room, under the fluorescent lights, tugging at zippers that wouldn’t quite close.
“I had gone up two dress sizes, and I just refused to accept that. I didn’t buy much that day… I couldn’t.”
Up until that point, she’d done everything that should have worked. Intermittent fasting. Personal training. The gym grind before her 40th birthday.
Nothing did the trick.
“I gained ten pounds. It wasn’t because I wasn’t trying. It was because I had no consistency. No accountability.”
Archna grew frustrated and felt like she simply wasn’t capable of weight loss.
When she came across RNT, something powerful shifted.
What if this time could be different? What if there were a structure she could actually stick to?
“I needed sustainable, structured guidelines. And I needed someone to hold me accountable when my motivation dipped. That was the missing piece.”
So, Archna signed up for the program.
And that’s where the real story began.
Rewiring the Mind
Archna’s journey kicked off with the Clean The Palate phase, a reset for the body and the brain.
“It was like rewiring how I thought about food, especially as a vegetarian, protein was something I always struggled with. I had to be really intentional.”
Gone were the random grazing sessions. In their place came meal structure, strategic planning, and a mindset shift around food as fuel, not a reward.
It wasn’t easy. But Archna wasn’t looking for easy.
“This wasn’t about restriction, it was about clarity. It forced me to tune in instead of tuning out.”
Owning the Social Scene
If the first phase was about internal change, the middle was about external challenges.
Namely, social life.
“Adding back the social stuff was hard. But I’m so glad I was pushed to face it instead of avoiding it.”
Instead of opting out of dinners and events, Archna learned to show up with a plan. To stay in control without sacrificing connection.
And she didn’t have to give up the things she loved.
“I loved that I could keep two of my favourites, chocolate and cheese. They became my daily treat. It made everything feel more human.
“The concept of taking a bite and moving on. That changed everything during the holidays. I didn’t spiral. I just… moved on.”
More Than Weight Loss
Archna lost 12.5 kilos and regained control.
“This gave me a clear and calm mental and emotional state. It reminded me that if I want to help others, I need to put myself first. It was basically free therapy!”
And the ripple effect spread through her whole home.
“My husband changed his nutrition habits. The kids did too. It wasn’t just my life that changed… it was our whole family’s.”
From the dressing room to daily check-ins, her journey shows what’s possible when we stop guessing and start doing.
“You just need the right guidance and the right reasons. Once you find those, you realise you were never stuck. You were just waiting for the right map.”
