    The true benefits of a body transformation always have, and always will, transcend far beyond the physical.

    The physical is the bonus. The by-product of your hard work. The real result goes deeper. It’s something very intrinsic and empowering. It’s what drives the fulfilment in what I do. My love for helping transform lives isn’t merely about the 6-pack, or the bikini body. That’s merely the vehicle I use to deliver my present purpose.

    Yet, it’s a vehicle I truly believe to be the best in what it does. It’s all encompassing, and forces you to create positive change in habits, routine and lifestyle across the board. Very few vehicles have this power.

    So while we’re an online personal training company helping people take their results to the next level, we’re also not just that. I like to think of us as facilitators of change. Real, meaningful change. Change that goes beyond aesthetics. Change that makes you do things you’d never have done previously. Change that becomes your secret weapon in life.

    This change is why transforming your body is never about the physical, the 6-packs, and the bikini bodies.
    It’s about the person it makes you.
    Everything you do as part of your transformation arms you with the tools, skills and strategies to deal with any aspect of your life. It teaches you the grind, the hustle, the ruthless consistency to dig deep, push through any ‘dip’, and take it to the next level.

    It’s why some of my best lessons in life and business have come from pushing myself to the extreme in bodybuilding. It’s all the same. It just presents itself in different forms.

    Whatever your field. Whatever your problem. The process teaches you to think critically, analyse situations and work out solutions. It enables you to handle whatever life throws at you.

    It keeps you grounded. It’s an anchor in the day.
    It’s never about the physical.
    I learned this years ago when I gave up on holding onto year-round abs. If it was about the physical I’d stay lean all the time. But keeping health and fitness as a high priority provides the discipline to gain the freedom I want everywhere else. It gives me structure across the day, and enables me to live by strong habits that magnify and 10x everything.
    It’s never about the physical.
    It’s about fighting the inner demons. Creating an outlet. Being stronger. More resilient. Getting out of the dark. Gaining new perspectives. Aiming to be a better person every day.

    It’s about progressive overload in life. It’s a journey. An emotional and mental journey driven by physical transformation.

    Have a think about why you train. Why you started to train. Why you really started to train. Why you continue to train now.
    It’s never about the physical.
    It’s for the confidence. Confidence to take your top off in a room full of 50 strangers. Confidence to wear that new outfit. Confidence to not care what others think. Confidence to talk to someone. Confidence to ask for something more.

    It’s to defy norms. Break social stigmas. Create generational change. Impact your loved ones. Inspire. Influence.

    After all, if you can’t look after yourself, how can you look after others?
    It’s never about the physical.
    It’s to remember the loved one you’ve lost. It’s to put a middle finger up to the bullies. It’s for the doubters. It’s to bring life back into balance.

    It’s to empower you with the confidence to succeed, to live, and to be free again.

    RNT will never be about pure physical transformation. It’ll always be more. It’s a platform built to empower others to embrace a healthier lifestyle, have a new appreciation for life, and strive for constant self-improvement.

    It’s a catalyst to a complete transformation in every sense.
