Ingredients:

600g chicken breast
2tbsp Levi Roots jerk seasoning
2tsp chopped thyme
2 spring onions
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp honey
1/2 lime

Method of cooking:

1. Chop breast into pieces
2. Mix marinade together and season
3. Rub marinade over chicken
4. Marinate in fridge overnight / 3 hours if possible
5. Oven to 170 degrees

Could be used with tofu
