150g mixed pepper stir fry ( Asda)
Katsu curry sauce (Asda)
Dark and light soy sauce
40g uncooked rice
METHOD OF COOKING:
- Coat chicken in breadcrumbs and place in over at 200°C for about 30-40 mins. Keep checking to ensure it is cooked through.
- Stir fry the mix veg in a pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Add soy sauce as per liking and cook for a further minute.
- Heat katsu curry sauce in a pan until hot.
- Serve hot.

Can use butternut squash. May need to cha he how long it is baked for.
