6 dried Shiitake Mushrooms diced small

Half a capsicum pepper diced small

1 tablespoon of fresh tomato sauce from cherry tomatoes (or you can use black bean sauce)

1 Cal spray

Half teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

100 grams Firm Tofu (cut into small cubes)

1/4 tablespoon Cornstarch

Iceberg Lettuce Leaves

Sliced Green Onions, peanuts and Sesame Seeds for topping

for the sauce

1 tablespoons Chilli Paste

Half tablespoon Rice Vinegar

Half tablespoon Soy Sauce

Half tablespoon of sweetner

1/4 teaspoon ground Sichuan Peppers (I used black pepper)
