This is a vegetarian recipe submitted by RNT Family member Hiral Dixit.

200g white potato
Sprinkle of Coriander
1/2 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
1 tbs Soy sauce
1 tbs Franks hot sauce
1 tbs Skinny ketchup
Pinch black pepper
Pinch chilli flakes
  1. Wash and slice potatoes
  2. In a mixing bowl add little olive oil and salt to the potatoes
  3. Bake in oven / turn until Crispy golden
  4. While the chips are being baked in the same mixing bowl add wet/ dry sauce ingredients and repeat if need more sauce.
  5. Once your chips are golden add to the sauce mix and sprinkle with coriander.
