Six Proven Ways To Sleep Better With A Busy Schedule (No Weird Supplements)

I’m not going to bore you on the benefits of sleep, and why you should be sleeping more. Or share weird supplements you need to buy.

Instead, I’m going to share:

1. My changes in sleep strategies before and after having children
2. What I learnt training with The Rock
3. How to manage morning workouts with your spouse 
4. My personal “uncomplicated” evening routine  
5. Whether a nightcap actually works

In a perfect world, we never use alarm clocks, sleep as much as we need, and go to bed early in a nice relaxed state. (I remember the days before I became a dad haha)

But if you’re watching this, chances are you’re in the real world. 

One with pressures, a stressful job or business, young kids and let’s face it… a busy lifestyle. 

So this video is all about sleeping smarter and faster in the real world:

By the way, if your issue is simply bingeing on Netflix or mindlessly scrolling, fix that before you watch this.

The advice of “just go to sleep earlier” is great, but not always practical.
