INGREDIENTS:
Chicken 500 grams
Tablespoon and half of low fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp of red chilli powder
Garlic and ginger mince 1 tablespoon or more of you like
Mince green chilli (if you like it hot)
Salt to taste
Natural food colouring check Tesco or amazon
METHOD OF COOKING:
Cook at 200 for 20 mins
250 on broil for another 10 mins. Or until slightly crispy.
Squirt lemon juice
Add chopped onions and cilantro
Serve with rice or make a wrap !
