Shona spent starting her career knowing that studying Sport and Exercise Science and training changed her life for the better, and her desire to share that with other people was what brought her into coaching. Having had her share of struggles, she can fully empathise with the difficulties people face when trying to prioritise their health and still be high performers at work, maintain relationships and support family. But, it is possible, and her goal as a coach is to share that with as many people as she can.
