All you need is consistency.
That’s the secret to success.
Whether your goal is fat loss or muscle gain, consistency trumps everything.
While it’s trendy to add a label or tag to your ‘system’ or ‘method’, at RNT our ‘way’ is pretty simple.
Find something the client can ‘buy in’ to and get excited about, put the blinders up, and then stay focused on CONSISTENTLY executing the plan. Day in, day out…
Whether you’re a fan of keto, intermittent fasting, vegetarian or vegan diets, it really doesn’t matter.
Provided your diet is based on sound principles (calorie deficit or surplus, sufficient protein, etc.), you’ll get results.
We live in an age of information overload, distraction, social media and constant comparison. So the biggest roadblock for many of you is the inability to stick to ONE plan consistently.
I see this all the time.
One week it’s 10×10 GVT with high carbs. The following week it’s 5×5 on a ketogenic diet. The third week it’s DC training and intermittent fasting.
If you want to make a noticeable change to your physique, you need to get rid of the ‘grass is greener’ mentality and commit to a long-term program.
Constantly switching programmes and diets just to ‘mix it up’ is one of the biggest lies in the fitness industry.
No matter what level you’re at, this mentality will lead to no progress,as your body will never adapt to anything.
I’ve fallen into this trap many times.
I get it. It’s completely normal.
I thought ‘keeping my body guessing’ was the fastest way to progress.
It wasn’t until I experienced the power of actually sticking to the plan that I realised the body only craves consistency.
Besides, if you don’t stick with something long enough, how do you know what really works for you?
And if you’re doing something that is working for you, why mess with the recipe?
All our clients succeed because they execute three key principles with laser-like focus and consistency:

What you’ll notice is there’s no mention of a specific protocol. No macronutrient ratios or magic supplements. No training or cardio ‘system’. And no special salts!
It all depends on you, and what YOU buy into and enjoy.
If you love 10×10, great. Stay consistent on it, and focus on getting stronger while maintaining perfect form.
If you’re more of a low volume person and prefer DC training, that’s also fine. Just stick with it, and apply progressive overload with solid technique.
Two completely different systems with the same principles applied.
