    At our recent US meetup, I was chatting with RNT-er Dr Rahul Shah, and I asked him, 

    "Hey, why did you pick RNT?" 

    And he just said to me, "I’m a vegan. I was looking for somewhere which understands vegan diets. 

    I wanted somewhere which had a clear structure and pathway… 

    More than anything, something which was simple and fit my very busy life as a spine surgeon."

    Fast forward nearly a year, and he is physically and mentally in the best shape of his life. 

    He is living a life by his design, and his friends now ask him, 

    "Have you been hitting the gym?" 

    After this conversation, I asked him if he wouldn't mind sharing a few words, and today I'd love to show you the video:

    You don’t need more complex systems.
