    For 15 years, Raj tried the usual path: endless gym sessions, protein shakes, program-hopping. Nothing ever stuck.

    In 2018, he scrolled through RNT transformations thinking, “too good to be true.”

    By 2019, he became one.

    Then, over the next seven years, while most fall off track, Raj did the opposite…

    He built muscle, discipline, structure and identity.

    Through lockdowns, leadership roles, family life and big milestones, he stayed the course.

    And this year, he’s revealed it all. The best shape of his life… at 40.
    This is what it means to go all in.

    Today, Raj’s daughters stand in front of the mirror and flex with him before bed. They think being strong is normal. That’s exactly the cycle he wanted to create: generational health.
