    When Roya joined RNT in January 2022, she could barely lift a 1lb dumbbell.

    After years of scoliosis, back surgery at 15, and then rotator cuff surgery in 2021, she was stuck in pain and unable to train.

    The physical limitations led to yo-yo dieting, stress eating, and doubting if she’d ever feel good in her body again.

    Her dream was simple: to rebuild her confidence, break old habits, and increase her health span for the decades ahead.

    Instead of chasing another quick fix, Roya chose to invest in herself and commit to the RNT Method, building structure, consistency, and long-term habits.

    Three years on, the results speak for themselves:
    • Competed in multiple Spartan races and regular hiking adventures
    • Built strength, energy, and resilience while scaling her medical practice
    • Launched a non-profit in memory of her mother
    And.. she’s still in bikini body shape!
    The physical became the vehicle. By regaining control of her body, she gained the confidence and energy to level up in every area of her life.
