    When Vishwa joined RNT in July 2024, she was in the thick of perimenopause.

    Brain fog... Low energy… She felt like she was losing control of her health and identity.

    She’d tried so many different approaches to her health and fitness before, but nothing seemed to work for her.

    Vishwa just wanted to feel like herself again, so she committed fully to the RNT Journey.
    Using the RNT Method, Vishwa has:
    • Cleared the brain fog by building consistent routines with her nutrition, training, and sleep.
    • Gone from feeling out of control at events to owning her choices. Now she plans ahead and navigates meals and vacations without fear or excuses.
    • Inspired her husband to join her to live a healthy lifestyle together. They’re levelling up like a true power couple.
    Now, Vishwa’s no longer falling victim to circumstances. She is in control!
