    For five years, Arpna was stuck in the same cycle. The weight crept up. Clothes got tighter. Every time she lost a little, it came back.

    “I was yo-yoing constantly. My bigger clothes started getting tight… and I refused to buy the next size up.”

    But her trigger wasn’t just about the scale.

    After losing her uncle to brain cancer, grief took over. At first, she went down the “life’s too short, enjoy everything” path. But soon, she realised:
