    Most people tell themselves they’ll “start in January.”

    Jay didn’t.

    This time last year, he was exactly where you might be right now: tired, stressed, and stuck in the same loop.
     
    Work was intense, family life was full-on, and health had taken a back seat.

    He thought he had time to “get a grip” eventually.
     
    But one day, he realised his kids were watching him give up on himself.

    At the time, he was eating over 6,000 calories a day, exhausted, and completely out of control.

    So when most people were slowing down, Jay did the opposite.

    He decided to start in the final cohort of 2024.

    Fast forward to now…
    He’s dropped almost 30 kilos, cut his waist from 44” to 32”, and rebuilt his identity.

    Now, a year later, his kids see a dad who leads by example.
     
    And he’s still going, preparing for his next big goal in 2026 (he’s secured his slot for the next year)
