    I shared a crazy stat on last week’s masterclass:

    A child has an 80% chance of becoming obese… if both parents are obese.

    And a 50% chance of becoming obese… if one parent is obese.

    Think about it this way… 

    The eating and exercise habits you currently have… are the same eating and exercise habits your children are probably going to have once they’re adults.

    If you’re a parent… the best thing you can do for your kids is get yourself healthy

    Don’t overcomplicate it. 

    No first step is too small. Track your water intake. Count calories. Spend 30 minutes at the gym.

    At a recent full-body scan, Matt was happy to learn that he is the poster child for 50s health.

    Something he knows would not have been possible without RNT.
