    I get asked almost weekly…

    I like to flip the equation a bit, because:

    Losing weight is 40% diet, 10% exercise and 50% managing your stress & emotions.

    Your response to stress and emotions is what defines whether you:
    • Eat off plan, or out of control
    • Get lazy and don’t train
    • Put things off and never take action (because of overwhelm)
    It’s the defining factor between those who can get in shape, vs spin their wheels.

    And those who can get in shape, and stay in shape.
