INGREDIENTS:
Oats
Protein powder
Dark chocolate
Peanut butter
Fruit
Cinnamon
All quantities up to you 
METHOD OF COOKING:
Mix protein powder, cinnamon and oats in a pan
Add water and let it marinate for a bit
Cook on stove for 5-10 minutes letting it boil
Keep stirring
Once done, add toppings as necessary!
