2-3x chopped garlic
1 chopped onion
Tinned of tomatoes
600g Chicken breast
Fresh coriander
1 cup water
Spices: paprika, turmeric, coriander, cumin, aniseed

Method of cooking:

1) Using fry light oil, fry the onions, aniseed and garlic together till they simmer
2) Add chicken and fry for a few minutes with cup of water added
3) Add spices and stir it into the chicken
4) After 5 minutes, add tinned tomatoes in
5) Close lid and simmer for 20 minutes on a medium heat
6)High heat for 5 minutes
7) Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, add fresh coriander
