The best part of this week was hanging out with some of the UK team and a few of our RNTers in person.

As a virtual company, we spend so much time behind screens, so when we get the chance to meet face-to-face, it’s always something special.

These moments remind us that while the physical transformation is powerful, the community behind it is what makes it stick.

Here’s a quick snap from the meet-up:
And now, let’s dive into this week’s Transformation Thursday newsletter …

3 Ways To Feel, Look & Perform Better

1. Stillness > Stress

Struggling to stay consistent with your fat loss goals? It might not be your food or training; it could be your mind.

The ability to access stillness is what allows you to act from instinct, not impulse.

When you’re always on and overwhelmed, emotional eating, missed sessions, and decision fatigue creep in.

But when you regularly create space for stillness (like unplugged walks, morning routines, or training without distractions), you regain control.

Less noise = better choices.

Try it this week: carve out one moment of true stillness every day.

2. My Carb Hack For Better Sleep

One strategy I really like is saving a bit more carbs and calories for my last meal of the day.

It helps me relax, unwind, and makes social dinners easier to enjoy without stressing over macros earlier on.

Personally, I’ve found it supports better sleep, too.

(And while there’s some cool science around how carbs may support melatonin production through tryptophan and serotonin pathways, this is just what’s worked well for me.)

3. Stop Scale Stress: Here’s a Better Way To Track Progress

Instead of obsessing over a specific number, work within a weight range.

If you know you feel, look, and perform best around 150lbs, aim to stay between 148–152lbs rather than chasing an exact figure.

This gives you healthy room to fluctuate, removes unnecessary pressure, and helps you stay focused on what really matters… how you feel, move, and live.

The process > the number. Always.

3 Wins To Inspire You…

My team and I are always sharing screenshots in an internal channel called #wins. Here’sa few to inspire you this week…

1. Lowest Weight In 7 Years

This RNTer is now at 157lbs… her lowest weight since 2017, and this time it’s not from illness or burnout.
2. The Power of a Mindset Shift

The uncertain RNTer from 6 months ago has built resilience, a strong ‘why’, and a new level of self-confidence.
3. No Crash Cut Needed

While most actors scramble to drop weight before filming, this RNTer landed a major role and is already in camera-ready shape.

Want To Dive Deeper?

On this week’s episode of RNT Fitness Radio, I’m bringing back a classic - a rerun of what’s still the most popular team episode we’ve ever recorded.

It’s called “What Typical Mindfulness Is Missing”, and over the years, it’s racked up tens of thousands of downloads.

I think it struck it chord when it dropped because it tackled a conversation we have often behind the scenes at RNT: the idea that you can’t just think your way to a transformation.

Mindfulness is powerful, and it absolutely has its place. But on its own, it’s not enough.

Just like physical change isn’t the full picture either. What we’re really after - and what this episode explores - is a holistic approach that blends mind, body, and action.

This originally aired four or five years ago, but the message is just as relevant today - if not more.
