    MACROS
    Total Calories: 281
    Protein in g: 40g
    Carbs in g: 14g
    Fats in g: 8g
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 Large Egg
    35g ON Vanilla Whey
    50ml Skimmed Milk
    1 Pinch Bicarbonate of Soda
    3 Sprays of 1 Cal Oil
    100g Strawberries
    50g Oppo Salted Caramel Ice Cream
    1-2tsp Cinnamon
    METHOD OF COOKING:
    1. Whisk up the first four ingredients. The Bicarbonate helps the pancakes become a little more fluffy. 
    2. Fire up a pan with 3 sprays of oil and then cook the pancakes on a medium heat. No need to add more oil after each pancake. 
    3. Dust with cinnamon or nutmeg after loading up 50g worth of Oppo.
    Are there any general substitutions that can be made? (vegetarian or meat options, depending):
    If carbs are really tight then you can easily remove 1/2 of the Strawberries or some of the ice cream (although that would be a bad decision! )
