During my travels to Nashville recently I was at the lunch break of a business conference, looking for a healthy vegan spot to get some food at. As I found literally the only one within a 30 minute walk that day, I met a fellow founder and vegan, Maxime Sigouin. We hit it off straight away and I knew he’d be a great guest to bring on the show, so here we are. Maxime Sigouin is the owner of Fit Vegan Coaching who’s on a mission to help the world get lean, thrive and disease proof their bodies using a whole food plant-based lifestyle.
