Today I’m joined by Jean-Pierre De Villiers, who’s a Mental-Performance and Spiritual-Fitness Coach, Inspirational Speaker, Best-Selling Author and Plant-based Athlete.

JP, as he is known, coaches people how to tap into their full potential, thrive under pressure and perform at their best by optimising their energy, transforming their body and mind and spirit.
