Ep 355 - Hall Of Fame | Nikhil Lalsodagar: High-Performing Father Shed 30kgs To Unlock the Best Version of Himself

When Nikhil joined RNT he thought he needed to lose 10-15kgs at the most. He ended up dropping a massive 30kg to shed the excess weight and live his best life. Like many others, he made the mistake of overestimating his muscle mass and underestimating how much fat he carried! The truth was, Lockdown had done a real number on Nikhil’s health. Being sedentary with too much food and not enough exercise resulted in a steady weight gain for him. The weight snuck up on him until one day he stepped on the scale and realised he’d gone over the line. For the first time in his life, he was staring at 3 digits on the scale! He got so self conscious of his size he disliked anyone touching him or hugging him. The best bit about this journey is not Nikhil’s 30kg weight loss. It’s the fact he’s now got the energy to play with his kids, to push himself in his career, and to deepen the relationships with his loved ones.
