Tej first joined RNT back at the end of 2017, reached her first checkpoint at the end of 2018 and has since refined her unique lifestyle solution to stay in the shape of her life, for life, all while using the physical as the vehicle to drive her career performance, strengthen her relationships, and be at her best everyday. There’s a lot to learn from Tej in this episode as she talks about the mindset, identity and behaviour shifts required to truly transform, inside and out.
