Every once in a while, I come across a story that completely blows me away. It causes me to stop, think and marvel at the level of belief, fortitude and resilience required to both transform their body and life.

Jemie Mistry’s story epitomises this, and she’s today’s guest on RNT Fitness Radio. Growing up and living with cerebral palsy, Jemie’s journey has not always been straight forward. But over the past two years I’ve witnessed her defy previous limiting beliefs, break through new barriers, and use the physical as the vehicle for the greater good. 

Having lost 25kg to reach her first checkpoint recently, Jemie’s story highlights the power of being committed, consistent and coachable. 

Her physical change is incredible, but as you’ll soon hear, how she’s now using it as a vehicle to do the previously unimaginable is life changing.
