Welcome back to another episode of RNT Fitness Radio, where I’m joined by one of our longer term RNTers, Akash Desai, who’s returning here for the second time after first coming on over two years ago in episode 44.

Akash explains the the journey of his first 3 years in an amazing way throughout. He reflected and said the first year is all about unlearning, the second year has been all about rhythm, and the third onwards has been about performance, and striving for continuous self mastery.
