Ingredients:

1.6kg chicken breast
5 tsp smoked paprika
8 green chillies
1 lemon
5 spring onion
50g coriander
5 cloves garlic
4 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp salt

Method of cooking:

Dice all chicken breasts into small pieces, mix all ingredients together a put in a pan, you may need to use two pans for this quantity of chicken, mix together until chicken is cooked.
