Ingredients:

2 filets of white fish
1 tbs of low fat yogurt
2 tbs of garlic/ginger mince
1 tsp of chilli powder
1 tsp of carom/ajwain seeds
1 tsp of curry powder
salt to taste
1 tsp of turmeric

Method of cooking:

mix well and rub on both sides of fish
leave for 30 mins
bake at 180 for 20 mins, squeeze lemon on top
Spinach :
spray pan with oil spray
throw in some mince garlic, cook till fragrant, add spinach, pinch of salt
