Transformation Talk: how Krishna lost 30kg before her wedding day

    “I’ve finally become the person who doesn’t feel right if they don’t exercise. This is just how I live now.” - Krishna

    A year before her wedding, Krishna was in a very different place.

    Every week looked different: early flights, long drives, client dinners, hotel buffets… 

    Her weight crept up quietly.

    Then came her engagement…

    The happiness was real, but so was the dread.

    Dress shopping felt overwhelming.

    Being photographed all day was terrifying.

    She went straight to TikTok and Google: “bride diet,” “12-week shred,” “wedding weight loss,” and found nothing that fit her life.

    Then she found RNT.

    And more importantly, saw herself in so many of the “befores” in our success stories.

    She jumped in.
    As the months passed - and she moved through our phases, Krishna rebuilt herself:
    • She felt more proactive at work.
    • More present with family.
    • Her health markers improved dramatically.
    “I used to get sick two or three times a year. This past year, I haven’t been ill once.”

    A medical test she’d been monitored for over a decade came back completely clear.

    By her wedding, Krishna had dropped nearly 30kg (!).

    “When we downloaded our wedding album, I could see it: happiness, confidence. It was the best day of my life.”
    What you can apply from Krishna’s journey:

    Systems beat motivation. She didn’t rely on willpower.
